Finishes
The building's structure is made of concrete, and the facades facing Mircea cel Bătrân and Petru Vulcan are wrapped in a Schuko curtain wall and Giallo Antico granite, while the blind walls are covered with BEMO corrugated aluminum sheeting. The exterior walls are built with 35 cm CELCO AAC, 5 cm mineral wool, and BEMO corrugated aluminum sheeting.
On the north facade, the windows are equipped with insulating glass composed of 3 layers of 6 mm glass. The perimeter enclosure facing Mircea cel Bătrân and Petru Vulcan is made of a Schuko curtain wall. The windows are high-quality thermo-insulating and soundproofing, thus ensuring an optimal climate.
Floors 1-4, the staircase, the ground floor, and the access areas are finished. The floors corresponding to the staircase, hallways, and restrooms are covered with granite, while the rental modules are at carpet level. The ceiling is coffered and includes lighting, climate control, exhaust of stale air, and fresh air intake.
